“I can do this all day”- Captain America
Well… I had not posted in a while. I didn’t waste said time mind you! I was trying a new gym routine (will detail later on)! After reading some great blogs and researching ideas I felt that I had to kind of structure it better and not just write stuff that falls out of my head (Although I type like I talk – which is something I have been told I must do)
I thought I would use this post to highlight what the next few posts are about so I can get as much detail and information to your fine selves without me just vomiting stuff so here goes…
Over the next few blog posts I shall be kind of detailing who I am more and what I will be talking about, what I am doing, How it is going etc (see my previous post for a brief idea)
So the next Six Blog posts (Hopefully out on a Monday,, Wednesday and Friday are…) *Drum Roll*
Who – Who I am in a bit more detail than a chubby bald lad who goes to the gym and documents it
What- What I am exactly doing and how this changes my life and hopefully increases my Serotonin levels!
Why- We go deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep into the rabbit hole and you can see my reasons and motivations etc (This will be quite an interesting post if you’re into that!
How- Bit more illustration of the what and how I measure the progress and where the changes are kept!
When- Well… I just said when I’ll be doing it but I’ll talk about certain things that come up and things!
Where- Well on here? I’ll end up doing some promo stuff and check out th einsta/twitter for where stuff (It’s 10:20pm and I’m suffering here…)
I am aware these blog posts are pretty black and white and so…. BORING! but hopefully over time I can evolve into colours and I’ll be able to whack in gifs and gym jams and enough cools tuff to keep a polar bear cool! *Insert gif of Polar from Crash Bandicoot here*
Hopefully, you will stick around and join in the journey with me and share stories fo your experiences and build up a community of people who support each other and help when we dont have a spare 24 hours for the gym!
